Sandy Lane Nuseries

Since 1975 Sandy Lane has provided high quality plants at nursery prices.

We like to think we are a little different to your average garden centre. As a family run Plant Nursery, this means we can provide friendly, helpful and professional advice on all the plants, shrubs, trees and sundries we stock.

Mervyn started the business back in 1975 and still has a hands on approach now and can be seen most days in the nursery tending to our customers and of course looking after our plants

Mark expertly manages the nursery and is usually on hand to offer knowledgeable advice on our range of plants

Where are we?

We are a little hidden away and off the 'beaten track', therefore get virtually no passing trade. However, over the years we've built up a fantastic following of loyal customers, mostly from recommendations and word of mouth.

Based in the quiet rural location of Melling but only 5 minutes away from Maghull, Aintree, Kirkby and surrounding areas, despite this we are easy to find.

Our 4 acre site is all on one level with plenty of room accessible to all including wheelchairs and prams. If you need any assistance on your visit our staff are always on hand to help.
